Botol Air Baru

As most of my family/friends/colleagues knew that I am a drinker! Bahasa melayu nya is kaki minum! Yes! Sejak 2 3 menjak ni, mmg kuat minum and the fact that i dont drink bit by bit but tons by tons instead. Maybe there's a time whereby I think i'm kinda dehydrated and need lotsa water in my body. So i keep drinking til i got used with this extra water supply everyday.

Initially i dont drink. i dont drink water especially plain water. I'm used to love those sweet drinks and sugar riched drinks especially soft drinks. Til one day i realised these drinks are not good for me, so i stopped! i join herbalife balanced challenge meal and i started to drink using their own bottle. The bottle that is very convenient, easy to bring and tag along, hot and cold friendly and so many others. 

This is my 3rd bottle, i like the color. Sooo me! But they only have it in 1litre cap. The other two that i have are orange and green respectively. The orange is 2litre cap while the green one is 1litre cap. 

The story behind this new bottle is my daily use green bottle has been filled with air zamzam (keje mak aku la tu). She filled the bottle with air zamzam and sometimes air yassin or air dari masjid. So, i cannot use it as my daily water bottle anymore cuz i dont want to replace the water that often. So one day, Nisa came to my hs and she told me that she's going to the herbalife office before coming to my hs. So i pon kirim her this one new bottle and taraaaaaa, i got this purple shocking pink bottle. A new one from herbalife and i love it so much! At office, i refill it at most pon average of 3-4 times a day... So, this kaki minum had 3-4 litres a day. Fuhhhhh.. i love me, i love myself, so i have to love my body. Therefore, i need to take good care of my health by drinking lotsa water. 

Some facts abt water and human,
The human body is more than 60 percent water. Blood is 92 percent water, the brain and muscles are 75 percent water, and bones are about 22 percent water.
*A human can survive for a month or more without eating food, but only a week or so without drinking water.
