Fast and Furious 6

 There are no words beyond AWESOME that i could describe about this movie. Super cool! I just love everything about F&F. The cars, the skills, the people, everything. 

I've watched it on Friday, its a public holiday. So yeah, i made an early plan for that. Mainly for a movie date. Cant be missed at all. 

Besides the main play, Vin Diesel, of course i'd loved to see my Paul Walker.. my Paul Walker okay...huhu He is so cute =) ^wink wink^. and Michelle Rodriquez did a super action play. As a female actress, she doesnt look awkward at all. Unlike others, she put her full energy during the fight. 

All and all, i would love to watch it again =) For those who have yet to watch, please go now. Now!!!! You wont regret!

Hello Everybody!

Hello everybody! Its been a while... =) Day after day my life is getting happier and filled with lots of joy! Thanks to my peneutralisasi pilu.. Jadikan kehidupan semakin sempurna. I'm thankful to have many awesome people in my life. Especially my mom, my siblings, my bestfriend, my girlfriends, my colleague, my everything!

Kinda busy with work lately but its okay. Im enjoying it ;)

Our Coach!

Just a quick update on last week WORK!

Last week i've been super busy with a lil ad hoc task. They've assigned me with this task although it sounds very small but for me its BIGGG! I see every responsibility is a BIG thing. i have to get myself prepared and be ready with whatever that my boss asked me to do.

Basically this coach is our project in 2011, buy and build a coach with an interior which reflects our job in LINK. Similar to our walk in LINK, we have the advisory area, waiting area and CCRIS area. What is CCRIS? Credit report system. If you all wanna apply loan or check your debt status, you can print it at LINK. =) 

So yeah, this coach will bring few of our officers to rural areas, sub district in peninsular for engagements to offer financial services. For Sabah & Sarawak, we have to wait for another project. We are going to open up our new Regional Offices there as well. So another coach there maybe? Next year's project can be proposed.

Since my boss participated in this project, im as her subordinate kene la amik tau jugak. I have to know everything about the coach. The engine, the chasis, the interior, how far the coach can go, the price of the coach, bla bla bla.

Back to my first para up there, Last week, there was a forum for the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) held in Sasana Kijang. The programme was attended by 39 officials from 22 countries including China, El Salvador, Myanmar, Peru and Senegal. One of the session is to promote our MobileLINK coach as one of our initiatives in Financial Inclusion.

Besides to brief the officials about the coach, they have come out with lots of questions including on the financial inclusion itself. Unexpected ones. So yeah, luckily i've made my research prior to the programme. It was a good exposure to me.

More upcoming events and i'll be participating as well. Wish me luck! =)

I feel guilty

Today, on Wednesday morning, i feel so guilty, like i had committed a crime!! Why?

Because of this..Pffttt!!!!

Ni namanya Nasi Lemak. Tau? Tak tau?  

This is so NOT me! This is so rare! This is so unusual. Why out of all sudden, I had this? I think i know why. Because i felt so damn hungry yesterday's nite. I realized that I just had a couple of sandwich for my lunch and that is ALL! (Patut la lapaq bak anggg)

Another reason because my cereal is out of stock for this week. DangggG!!! I should have bought it earlier. I admit in terms of manage things, memang failed betul!!! Hari tu ubat dh habes, ni stock breakfast pulak.. Nadia....Nadia.... Terok betul la ko ni!!!

So, jom counter check the calories that i need to burn out. i have to, by hook or by crook kene burn jugak..

242 calories of White Rice, short grain, cooked, (1 cup)
240 calories of Palm Oil, (2 tbsp)
126 calories of Anchovy (anchovies), (15 anchovies)
78 calories of Hard Boiled Egg, (1 large)
16 calories of Coconut Milk (Silk), (3 tbsp)
13 calories of the Chilli Factory - Mild Chilli Satay Sauce (10ml), (0.50 serving)
6 calories of Cucumber (peeled), (7 slice)
5 calories of Ginger Root, (3 slices (1" dia)

Total calories consumed is around 730! Oh my god!!! *pengsan* My daily meal (cereal) have 125 calories je per serving... Takpe la nadia, sebulan sekali ok la kot. This time you are forgiven. Heh!!!

 

Out of supply!!

Lately there's one thing that made me worried. What izit?

Ubat habisssss!!!! The neuro surgeon is away from his clinic for few weeks. So what im suppose to do now?

The prescription of the medicine is as follow:

1) Keppra 500mg

2) Arcoxia 60mg

Keppra is for the epilepsy whereas arcoxia is painkiller. Whenever i had a serious 'headache', i need that at most.

I've been on this medication for almost a year. Actually depends on my health condition, if i'm free from epilepsy, the surgeon will reduce the dosage from 500mg to 250mg. Then i have to remain stable for another 6 months perhaps. If again, i did not encounter any seizures, Alhamdulillah, the doc said i'm free from seizures @ fits @ epilepsy, free for the entire life. God willing, in sha Allah.

So, to answer my q above. What im gonna do now?

1) called the clinic (although the doc is away)

2) asked the staff nurse to contact the doc and tell him that HIS PATIENT REALLY NEED THE MEDICINE VERY BADLY

3) the doc advices the staff nurse to prescribe the medicine on his behalf. (GILE! takkan doctor nk biar je patient dia takde ubat KANNN?)

4) once confirmed by the staff nurse, i applied for GL from PMcare.

5) then apply time off from my department (2 n half hours of time off) just to take my medicine.

6) SETTLED!!! yayyy!!! =)

Theres always a way when there's a will...
