Today, 20th August 2014, remarks an unforgettable day for me after i've been in scare, paranoid and nervous situations, finally now I am released. Lega.... =)
Early in the morning I went to see Prof Vicky, my neuro surgeon pertaining to my MRI result done last Monday. So ever since I did my MRI, i could not sleep and I was attacked by the anxiety and headache and vertigo and whatnot. Tak senang duduk. Dok pk what the result gonna be.
And today, I reached UMSC at 8.30am and was called in by 9.45am. *dup dap dup dap* Prof Vicky open up the result and he told me that the result looks good, looks fine and looks fine. No tumour to be found there at the part they did my surgery. Alhamdulillah. Syukur =) I am smiling all the way today.. This is the best and happy news I've ever wanted to listen to since last week. Alhamdulillah. Praises to Allah.
Now, I still need to focus on my health especially my food intake, my physical activities and also my emotional care. I need to be more positive in order to stay healthy.. Whatever that makes me sad, upset, disappointed, all i keep them in my the other 'storage'.. Like one of my friend said, "Medicine comes 2nd, Positivity comes 1st". So yeah, i will keep myself surrounded by positive people, positive things and the most importantly the happy memories =)
