Zumba Mumba

After been recovered from the illness, I'm ready to do my zumba again! Previously i was very active with zumba. Attended zumba competition representing my company and we got 3rd place!!! hoyeyy hoyeyy! Basically i just wanna have some fun and i find zumba is an easier way and a faster way to lose weight. For me, zumba is the best way for fat burning.

What is zumba actually??

Zumba Fitness or the Zumba Program is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.


Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba Fitness, an organization that sells Zumba videos and products, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers. Approximately 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 150 countries.


 

Celebrity trend


Part of the Zumba programs' popularity can be explained by its adoption by celebrities all over the world. Jennifer Lopez and Kirstie Alley are known to take Zumba classes as part of their workout routines, while Jackie Chan has been caught on video while performing the exercises. Other celebrity fans of Zumba include Eva LaRue, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Natalie Portman, Emma Watson, Victoria Beckham, Halle Berry, Toni Braxton, Nicky Hilton and Wyclef Jean.

Moral of the story, i'll keep doing zumba for fitness, fat burning, to get a fit body like the celebrities above. chewahhhh!!! *ko perasan ko JLo ke nadia oiii* hahahaha
